Warranty
All consumables and supplies like ink cartridges, toners and accessories are warrantied by the respected manufacturer. However, Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. will handle returns and replacements of defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. directly by email at info@tonerlasercartridge.com.
Return Policy
Tonerlasercartridge.com offers a 30 day return policy on all merchandise based on the following conditions:
Damaged Product Box
If Customer receives damaged box upon delivery, please refuse the
products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are
accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier
delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and
packaging and notify Tonerlasercartridge.com immediately to arrange for a
carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify tonerlasercartridge.com Customer Service at info@tonerlasercartridge.com
of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt
of this information is necessary for tonerlasercartridge.com to file a damage
claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same
product. DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS!
Defective Products
If you have received defective
merchandise you must contact tonerlasercartridge.com within 30 days for
Return/Exchange. After an RMA is issued, we then email or mail you a
call tag (Pre-Paid Shipping Label). All defective merchandise will be
inspected once returned to our warehouse. We can then issue you a full
credit, store credit, or replacement to be redelivered. Please Note: A credit will only be issued once the defective cartridge has been returned back to us. If a customer decides to have a replacement sent, payment must be made for the replacement toner or drum cartridge prior to shipment.
Non-Damaged/Defective, and Unopened If you have
non-defective and unopened merchandise within 30 days of original
purchase date, we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address
to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened
We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
Replacement Policy:Tonerlasercartridge.com will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification by on of our staff members.

Limitation of Liability
Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Toner Laser Cartridge Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Toner Laser Cartridge Inc may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Toner Laser Cartridge Inc.
